Environmental and Hiking Guides, Tour Guides, heritage interpreter, nature educator, sports instructors all around Italy

The team of Percorsi ASD  guides have lived, worked and explored this land for years. We can take you on nature hikes, guided tours, trekking, sports event, educational tours.

Our excellent reputation is built on the expertise of our multilingual team; our local knowledge; enthusiasm, innovative ideas.
What we offer is specific – unforgettable hiking vacations.
For many years now we have been leading hikes, trekkings and nature events which focus on nature and culture and on gaining a better understanding of the world around us.

We do things a little differently.

Even when visiting famous parks or cities, we wander away from the large tourist sites. We have a tour that fits nearly anyone who loves to hike in breathtaking landscapes, villages and Historical sites. Our primary goal is to stimulate not only your body but also your mind… and to leave you with lifetime memories of your experiences.

We plan and lead hiking tours with a light backpack, day hikes in parks and natural areas, trekking, guided tour in villages and cities, pilgrimages along the Via Francigena, laboratories, environmental education, heritage interpretation and much more.

The guides are the heart of Percorsi Etruschi. All of our guides are local residents and when you join one of our trips you’ll be on the inside track to all of the local flavor and culture. You’ll benefit from our expert safety training, guiding and interpretation qualifications.
Our guides spend considerable amounts of their free time training and taking extra courses ranging from natural history to art history.

Our guides love to learn … and they love to share this with you.

Percorsi Etruschi

Origin of Percorsi Etruschi
The name ‘Percorsi Etruschi’ was inspired by our ancestors, the Etruscan people. Their civilization flourished in central Italy between the 8th and 3rd century BCE, in the area between the river Arno, Tiber and the Apennines.

The Etruscan civilization was renowned in antiquity for its richness, ability in crafting metals and pottery and as a major Mediterranean trading power. Much of its culture and even history was obliterated when it was conquered by Rome. Nevertheless, surviving Etruscan tombs, relics, roads and holy spots witness their prosperity and their deep connection with nature, the underworld and the sky gods. They were Italy’s first great civilization.
We are proud to carry on their name through our business to create some unforgettable memories for my customers.

Where we are

Our bases are the northern Latium and Southern Tuscany: you can find us in the town of Acquapendente (Viterbo), and in Grosseto. It is centrally located in the midst of some of Italy’s most majestic woodlands and most fascinating Art cities and borghi.

Our hiking, walking, sightseeing and touring programs are available in Maremma, Tuscany, Viterbo area, Lake Bolsena, Orvieto, Tiber Valley, Pitigliano, Arcipelago Toscano National Park, as well as numerous provincial parks and other small but unforgettable settlements.

* Many national and provincial parks now require companies to be licensed and insured. Percorsi Etruschi has permits for all of the areas we operate in. All our guides are members of Assoguide and have a personal insurance

DANIELA PESCE: Environmental and Hiking Guide, Heritage interpreter

Hi there, my name is Daniela. I live and work at the moment in Grosseto, Tuscany, and I enjoy exploring the people and the country. I have been a guide for more than 20 years. I like to spend time outside in nature, both on day hikes and backpack trekking.

I started conducting tours as a specialist in soft adventure and active outdoor traveling. I think it is possible to fully focus on getting close to the nature and the history of the Etruscan People and share the best of Tuscany and the North Latium with like-minded souls.

LUCA BERCHICCI: Environmental and Hiking Guide, Canoeing instructor

Driven by a passion for the great outdoors and a love for grand nature and a healthy environment. As long as I can remember I have had a grand love for the outdoors. Whether it be hiking up mountain tops, strolling through green forests, camping in a tent, riding mountain bike trails, canoeing in an icy river; you can always find me outside!
I have the pleasure of being the founder and tour leader of Percorsi Etruschi, guiding people through some of the most spectacular areas of Central Italy. The vastness of the Maremma region, the mind-blowing panoramas in Lake Bolsena, the ancient forests of the River Fiora Valley… There are some astonishing hikes here and I’d like to learn and explore more of this incredible landscape with my fellow travelers.
I especially enjoy planning trips and sharing my passion for the outdoors.
